Women Back to Business For women on the move

Did you recently move to Switzerland and are you looking for a professional challenge? Or do you want to return to the workforce after a family break or reposition yourself on the job market?

The University of St.Gallen, one of the leading European Business Schools, offers a new English speaking management training program exclusively for women. It is tailored for expat partners who would like to use their time in Switzerland to obtain a Certificate in Advanced Studies (CAS) or women living permanently in Switzerland who would like to reenter the workforce or reposition themselves after a family hiatus in an international environment.

"Women Back to Business" provides you with a professional education and support through your personal change process. During the program, women returning to the workforce are getting a boost to restart their career, not only through technical training in the most relevant management topics, but also through individual and group coaching sessions, as well as a variety of workshops.

Partner companies are practically involved in the program, providing classrooms onsite as well as internships with their companies. In this way, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with potential future employers in a variety of contexts.

For many women, the most difficult barriers are a lack of awareness of their own professional and personal impact. Here, the management education for women at the University of St.Gallen is building a real bridge to success. An external evaluation of the German speaking program has shown: 75% of the graduates found a satisfying employment.
