When you sign up with us, we begin a symbiotic relationship – we too are committing ourselves to realising your goals, whatever that may mean. Every client who signs up with us for Personal Training receives: - Face-to-face Personal Training (by the hour). - Personalised training programs based on your goals, training level and preferences. - Nutrition and Lifestyle assessment and recommendations. - Regular progress and fitness testing. - 24/7 remote support. - Access to our clients-only Facebook group, with bonus content and added support from a community of like-minded people. We also do online training and Small group classes. At Core Training, we believe that sustainability is at the centre of every change,improvement and adaptation that we make. We want to work with you to develop long-term changes and improvements to your health and lifestyle.
