This large market stretches over two squares in the city center and is considered to be one of the prettiest in Switzerland. Over 190 traders and artisans set up in small wooden chalets. Among the various Christmas markets in Zurich, this is the most central. Inside the train station hall, it is one of the largest indoor Christmas markets in Europe. The scent of mulled wine and cinnamon make travelers skip their connecting trains to stroll around the stalls under the spectacular Christmas tree decorated with thousands of Swarovski crystals. It's a feast for the eyes.
