Chateau de l‘aile (Castle of Aile)

Constructed in neo-classic and neo-gothic style, the ‘Chateau de l’Aile’ or ‘Chateau Couvreau’ (named after a Vevey dynasty), is a good example of XIXth century architecture. It was the home of Paul Morand, the literary globe-trotter, for many years. This is a private residence and cannot be visited.
